Hugo Shum is a young puppeteer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He's 16 and specializes in moving mouth/hand puppets, though he has also worked with rod and tabletop puppets. Hugo has contributed to numerous projects, including his Halloween show Spooky Squeals and Stinky Tales's: Twinkle Twinkle Shoot. He has taught a workshop at the Northern California Puppetry Festival and was just neck-deep in creating puppets for his school's production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Hugo is always seeking new opportunities to learn, improve his craft, and collaborate with others.
